Our API provides and maintains its data directly from trusted sources, ensuring it is always accurate and up-to-date. With the land acquisition market at the forefront of our minds, we have packaged many key datasets into simple requests, allowing you to query by title postcode or by latitude/longitude coordinates.

We are happy to provide you with an API key that grants 100 free requests on the Production environment – there is currently no Sandbox environment. Simply get in touch with [email protected].

The data covers different areas depending on the query – either England, Great Britain (England + Wales and Scotland), or the United Kingdom (GB + Northern Ireland). The description of each request in the documentation will specify the coverage.

Plans begin at as little as £5 for 2,000 calls a month. The more expensive the plan, the higher the rate limit (number of API calls you can make per second). You are welcome to book a demo, get in touch for a trial API key, or view more pricing information here.
